Take Volyrian daily as directed for a full 150-day period. Hair wellness takes time, so the guarantee becomes valid only after 150 consecutive days of use.
DOCUMENT YOUR PROGRESS
Take a new photo set every 14 days. Use the same angles, similar lighting, similar distance, and similar location so progress can be reviewed fairly.
CLAIM YOUR REFUND
If you are not satisfied after 150 days, contact us with your order number and required photo sets. Approved claims are processed according to our guarantee policy.

The guarantee is valid for first-time bundle purchases made directly from volyrian.com. Single bottle orders are not eligible.
WHEN DOES THE GUARANTEE BECOME VALID?
The guarantee becomes valid only after 150 consecutive days of daily use. Claims submitted before completing the 150-day period are not eligible.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO TAKE PHOTOS?
You must take progress photos every 14 days. Each photo set should include front, left, right, and crown angles in similar lighting and conditions.
HOW MANY CLAIMS CAN I SUBMIT?
